The White Company is a multi-channel international brand founded in the UK in 1994 and specialising in home decor and comfort, principally in white. Dusa was brought on board for a very unique campaign – seasonal recruitment. In this case, our ads expertise transitioned from a more general sales approach, to a strategy for recruitment. We worked with the team to shoot fresh photography for the seasonal campaign, launch strategic ads, and deliver on our promise to the brand. Our results included boosting year on year applications by +97% and driving a +220% increase in CTR from their previous year.
